  2. The complaint can be submitted by the aggrieved person, or by someone acting on behalf of the aggrieved, with his/her consent.

  3. Attach any supporting evidence (documents, screenshots, witnesses) with the complaint.

  4. The ICC will acknowledge receipt of the complaint, maintain confidentiality and initiate enquiry within a reasonable time-frame.

Timelines & Process

  • The ICC will conduct a preliminary enquiry within about 7-10 working days of receiving the complaint and decide whether a full enquiry is required.

  • If a full enquiry is required, the final report will be submitted within approximately 90 days from the date of acceptance of the complaint.

  • The ICC will make recommendations for disciplinary action to the Principal/Management based on the findings.

Confidentiality & Protection Against Retaliation

All details of the complaint, enquiry and findings will be kept strictly confidential. Retaliation or victimisation of the complainant, witness or any person supporting the complainant is strictly prohibited and will itself prompt disciplinary action.
